The Engineers’ Club of St. Louis will be bustling with excitement again the second Saturday in October with Bailey Youth Enrichment Foundation (BYEF) friends and supporters. BYEF began a 100 day countdown to its annual trivia night today. The evening will include ten rounds of trivia along with a live and silent auction.
The event is the organization’s major annual fund raiser. The popular randomly chosen guest
auctioneers for the live auction will take place again this year. Our supporters have a lot of fun with this audience participation part of the evening, said Aline Phillips,” chairperson of the
organization’s board of directors.
Donations for the auctions have already been received from Drury Hotels, Urban Chestnut
Brewery, Pasta House Restaurants, Gus’ Pretzels, City Museum, The MarkTwain Boyhood
Home Museum, Saint Louis Science Center, STL Symphony, the Fabulous Fox, Silver Dollar
City, The Repertory Theatre St. Louis, Magic House, Missouri Botanical Gardens, Meramec
Caverns, Hodak Restaurant, and the Casa Loma Ballroom.
Harold Bailey, the organization’s executive director reported that there will be a special update relating to programing at the event. Stay tuned.
